Nehemiah’s first response to the broken walls was not a strategy meeting. It was prayer.
Before he approached the king, he approached God. Before he requested resources, he sought God’s direction. Before he began rebuilding the walls, he allowed God to work on his heart.
Great assignments require strong foundations.
Prayer does not replace planning; it gives planning the right foundation.
Nehemiah understood that the wall could not be rebuilt merely with human strength. The assignment needed divine help.
Before you rush to build what is visible, make sure you are building what is invisible.
