Thank you for supporting The Impact Ambassadors (TIA). Your generosity helps us raise leaders and build impact across the Greater Toronto Area through mentorship, leadership development, community programs, and pathways to work.
General Policy
Donations made to TIA are generally non-refundable. Once a gift is processed, it is allocated toward program delivery and organizational operations.
Errors and Accidental Donations
If you believe a donation was made in error (for example, an incorrect amount or duplicate charge), please contact us within 30 days of the transaction. Include your full name, donation date, amount, and a brief explanation. We will review each request in good faith.
Monthly / Recurring Gifts
You may cancel a recurring donation at any time by emailing us. Cancellation stops future charges. Gifts already processed remain subject to this policy.
