Grow
Develop your identity and understand who you are becoming.
A community of women who want more for their lives, and are ready to build it with each other.
You’re a woman with a full life. You’re building a career, leading a team, serving your family or your church, or all of the above. Somewhere along the way, you started asking what comes next.
The TIA Women’s Circle is for that question. It’s a place to get clear on your purpose, find your footing, and walk alongside women who are doing the same.
Growth is possible at every stage. You don’t have to have it figured out to belong here. You just have to be willing to show up.
We don’t believe in competition between women. We believe in lifting each other, because a circle is only as strong as the women in it.
The TIA Women’s Circle helps women grow in purpose, lead with character, and make a lasting impact. We offer a place to belong, clarity for the next step, and women walking the journey alongside you.
Everything we do is built on the GLI™ Framework, a three-step journey that starts with who you are and ends with the difference you make. Each step builds on the one before it. You can’t lead well until you understand yourself, and your influence means more when it’s rooted in character and turned into meaningful action.
Develop your identity and understand who you are becoming.
Build the skills and confidence to lead with character, wherever you are.
Put what you’ve learned into meaningful action in your home, work, and community.
